PARIVARTAN - THE CHANGE

Parivartan “The Change” is the culmination of a journey, born through the efforts of Kapil Kumar, an engineer and blogger with a dream and passion to make a change in society and the lives of the people he connected with. His interest in social affairs and intention to bring about change made him aspire to civil service. Kapil started writing on different social and national issues naming his blog Parivartan - The Change in November 2015.
